The project documentation for the project "Construction of the facilities for protection of Gorevsky deposit from surface water of Angara river. Second dike" is developed with the assistance of "Siberian ERDC" CJSC as a project organization. It is necessary for Gorevsky deposit's reserves involvement in the operation by open-pit mining with the level of the pit bottom -435 m.
The estimated cost of the facility including payment of an indemnity for harm to fish resources is RUB 3 000 000 000. Capital project is planned for implementation during 2013-2016.
The public hearings of EIA concerning the second dike location have been already held.
The facility location area is preapproved by the Administration of Motiginsky district of Krasnoyarsk territory. Land allocation certificate (land area is 86 894 sq.m) is approved.
The project documentation in respect of the second dike is ready for the delivery to FAE "Glavgosexpertiza of Russia" (RF State Expert Evaluation Department).
